Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Euphoria Experiences collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Euphoria Experiences, operating from the Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the controller of personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@euphoriaexperiences.com or +966 58 118 6819.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

  • Contact details you share with us — your name, company, phone number, and email when you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or submit a form.
  • Project information — briefs, content, brand materials, and access credentials you provide so we can do the work.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated by hosting our website.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers on this website. We do not profile visitors. The website itself contains no analytics or marketing pixels.

4. Why we process your data

We process personal data for these purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiries and preparing quotations (taking steps at your request before a contract).
  • Delivering contracted services, invoicing, and providing support (performance of a contract).
  • Keeping records required by Saudi tax, commercial, and accounting regulations (legal obligation).
  • Protecting our website and systems against abuse (legitimate interest consistent with the PDPL).

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers needed to operate — hosting providers, communication platforms (such as WhatsApp and email providers), and payment or accounting services — and only to the extent needed. These providers process data under their own security obligations. We may disclose data when required by law or a competent Saudi authority.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers (for example, email or messaging platforms) may store data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we take steps consistent with the PDPL's rules on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after our last contact. Client and project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Saudi commercial and tax regulations. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your personal data is processed.
  • Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9. Exercising your rights and complaints

To exercise any right, contact us at support@euphoriaexperiences.com. We respond within the timeframes required by the PDPL. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on project materials, and restricted access to credentials you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data accordingly.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The latest version is always published on this page with its revision date.
